A 90-day peptide protocol program.
You've already decided. Now do it well.
First Person Peptides is a structured 90-day program for adults using research peptides for weight loss. Coaching, community, a research assistant, and a progress record. Built for people sourcing retatrutide and related compounds on their own.
Research chemicals. Self-directed use. We are not your doctor.
Most people doing this are doing it alone.
You bought a vial. You watched a reconstitution video. You eyeballed the bac water ratio and hoped you did the math right. You started at a dose someone on Reddit said was reasonable. You titrated up when the scale stopped moving. You Googled your side effects at 2am.
That is how most people run a retatrutide protocol in 2026. It works, sometimes. It fails, often. The failure points are rarely the peptide. They are the dose, the titration speed, the stack, the side effects nobody warned you about, the plateau nobody helped you think through, the maintenance phase that nobody planned for because the program ended at "you lost the weight."
There is no version of this that is not self-directed. We are not changing that. We are making it less stupid to do alone.
90 days of structure. Built around your protocol.
You choose your peptide. You source it. You assume the risk. We provide the structure that turns a solo experiment into a managed protocol with real data behind it.
Coaching
Two coaches. Both have run dozens of protocols and seen every failure mode. Weekly async check-ins, one live call per month, direct messaging when something goes sideways. They will not prescribe. They will tell you what they have seen work.
Research assistant
A chatbot trained on the peptide literature, dosing references, side effect profiles, and protocols our coaches have run. Ask it anything. Reconstitution math, titration schedules, stack interactions, what the papers actually say. It cites its sources. It tells you when it does not know.
Progress depot
Weekly photos, weight, measurements, energy, sleep, mood, side effect severity, adherence. One place. Your coach sees it. You see it. At 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, we generate the time-lapse automatically.
Cohort
You start with a small group of people within a few weeks of their own day one. You do the first 90 days together. After graduation, you stay in the community at a lower tier, often as a mentor to the next cohort.
$599 per month. Three months, required. Then lighter.
The first 90 days are where titration happens, where side effects get managed, where your protocol actually stabilizes. That is when intensive support earns its price. We do not offer shorter programs because shorter programs do not work.

What we don't do
- -Prescribe peptides
- -Sell peptides
- -Source peptides
- -Provide medical advice
- -Promise outcomes
- -Work with anyone under 18 or anyone a coach assesses as a poor fit
Research peptides are not FDA-approved for human use. You are acquiring them at your own risk. We provide education and structured peer support. We do not replace a physician.
Read this carefully before you join.
This is for you if
- +You have decided to use research peptides and have informed yourself about the risks.
- +You are willing to commit 90 days and $1,797.
- +You want a coach, a cohort, and a record of what you actually did.
- +You are comfortable sourcing peptides yourself and assuming the legal and health risks that come with that.
- +You are over 18, not pregnant, not breastfeeding, not managing a condition that your physician has told you is incompatible with GLP-1 agonists.
This is not for you if
- -You want someone to prescribe you semaglutide or tirzepatide. We do not do that. Telehealth companies do. Go to one of them.
- -You want a program that tells you peptides are safe and easy. They are neither.
- -You want a $49 per month app. This is not that.
- -You are hoping someone else will make the decision for you.

Full FAQ →Waitlist is open. First cohort starts when it's full.
Cohorts are small, typically 10 to 15 people. We close each one once we hit the cap and open the next. Submit the waitlist form and we'll reach out within a few days. There is a short intake conversation before anyone joins.
